There were a total of nine shots that got stitched together to make the panorama. I was actually quite impressed with AutoStitch- a friend of mine who does a lot of concert photography in Japan actually pointed it out to me initially as he had heard about it and grabbed it to use to try and make panoramic crowd shots. I'd looked it over on the App Store and was impressed by what it looked like it could do (both from the app description and the shots my friend had sent), but didn't have any real use for it myself. I remembered it though when I was looking out over the lake while camping and thought it would be really good use for it so I took the shots and then picked the app up once I got back to civilization (and off the EDGE network...).

It's not perfect- you can sort of see how it works if you look over at the extreme right at the left-hand side of my tent. You can see how one of the images is faded out and into the other, and if you know what you're looking for you can also see some of the other interfaces between them- but that's being really nitpicky about it when it really does an excellent job of lining things up and stitching them together.

I actually used all of the apps that I talked about on the podcast by putting together a collection of files to test transferring to the iPhone from my MacBook and then going through the process of getting the files from the computer to the iPhone (if it was possible) and then trying to open the files and see what I could do with them in each of the individual apps as well as what other features and transfer methods the apps had.

As I stated, I had missed ezShare entirely until very shortly before we started recording the podcast- and I was testing out the lite version and not the full one (something in going back through and double-checking what I said that I realize I didn't make as clear as it could have been...). I did mention being able to access the computers from the iPhone in talking about accessing Samba share drives- but as I was working with the lite version, you can't do anything with files on the computers except browse through them (you need the full version to transfer files from them). I considered simply not mentioning it at all given I hadn't really gotten to test it out as thoroughly as I would have liked, but ultimately decided that it had shown enough potential in the limited testing I'd had time to do that I would have been remiss in not at least highlighting what I had been able to find.

With regards to Air Sharing Pro- it may be a better WiFi drive app, but I was looking at more than just whether an app was a WiFi drive or not but as to what else it could do too- for example the ability of several of the apps to download files from the web directly. Also, I have the non-Pro version of Air Sharing which is a good bit more limited than Air Sharing Pro.

The "File Transfer" review is ridiculous. I am not even sure the "reviewer" used either of the apps.

First, ezShare is way different than Readdle simply because it's a network file client, meaning you can access your computer *FROM* the iPhone vs. a dumb WiFi drive.
Second, Air Sharing Pro is a much better app if you only care about a WiFi drive.
